A PRAYING COUPLE

By REV. SAMUEL BONARSTA ARTHUR ( CONTINENTAL REV) •

A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

Ecclesiastes 4:12

Marriage is not sustained by love alone; it also needs prayer, understanding, patience, and God’s presence.

When a husband and wife pray together, they bring their challenges, dreams, decisions, and concerns before God.

A praying couple learns to depend on God rather than allowing disagreements, pressures, or difficulties to divide them. Prayer creates room for forgiveness, unity, wisdom, and spiritual strength.
